Pre-Qualify

In order for this community to be in compliance with Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code, we must ensure that all residents meet the income requirements of the tax credit program.

This simple prequalification screen has been designed to assist with the initial gathering of income information. The maximum allowable total income is based on the total number of persons in your household. Thus, it is necessary to verify the income of your entire household, which includes income from all sources. HUD determines the income limits using a percentage of the median income of the City and/or County of this community.

After initial review of your prequalification information, one of our staff members will contact you. The actual application procedure will begin after initially determining anticipated eligibility. Your actual application will be completely processed using our standard qualification procedures. All of our residents are thoroughly screened by an independent agency that looks at prior rental references, credit and criminal backgrounds. Only those persons who pass this check are approved to live here.

Upon completing your application, please be sure to pay the application fee and deposit. This is the only way the apartment will be reserved. Please call our leasing office if you have questions.

  • Application Fee: $40, non-refundable.
  • Deposit: $200 (B2 and Ranch) or $250 (C1) Deposits are refundable, with restrictions.
